Do they have the power to break you?

 If you let a person have the power to break you they will do just that. If that is what there goal is. You have the ultimate power in your life but when you choose to give it away. Someone will take it and run with it.

There is power in choice. We all have decisions to make about our own life but once someone makes you believe that you don’t then you lost! The sad truth is that some people like to prey on the weak! Sometimes it can be someone we love and respect. They may view us in a different light. They may want to use and manipulate us. Not all people are bad but not all people are good either! But when you know who you are and what direction you want your life to go in. It’s very hard to be broken!

Take a piece of paper, i.e loose leaf paper, or rip one paper out of a spiral/composition notebook 📓 📒 or whatever paper or scrap paper, you have available. 

Fold it in half or draw a line separating each side of the paper. 

One side should be titled THE POWER I HAVE GIVEN AWAY

Under that section list all the times where you was taken advantage of or you felt helpless or got fooled by someone. 

On the other half or side, title it THE POWER I HAVE NOW

Under this section list what you no longer allow others to do to you. Write about new boundaries that you are setting for yourself.
