1. Write down your feelings everyday for the next 7 days.
2. Create some empowering affirmations that you recite to yourself everyday for the next 7 days.
3. Meditate for 15 minutes a day for the next 7 days.
4. Set out a realistic personal goal that you are willing to commit to for the next 7 days.
5. Last but not least, choose to be positive. Choose to have a positive optimistic outlook for the next 7 days.
