How to get over your Ex


It seems as though all you do is think about the person you are no longer with.  Everything reminds you of them. It may even cause you to think of only the good times you shared with them when you know that the relationship was horrible! How can you put all of this behind you and even the memories for good? First and foremost get back to you. Sometimes we get caught up into the idea of being one with someone else to the point that when it's time to separate and let go, we can't!  Start to really see you, the strong, beautiful and powerful woman that you are. Shift your  inner focus by starting with  writing a partial SLIM Letter. Start to show love for inner self. Do the following exercise and apply it! 

Get a piece of paper and at the top left corner write " I CHOOSE TO BETTER MYSELF" underneath the title write 5 things you will do and can do to better yourself. On the top right corner write deadline and give yourself times frames to have incorporated this into your life.  The other big secret is simple move forward! Get yourself motivated to do something different. I know it is hard and that is why you found this. Sometimes what is needed is help to achieve something else in life, coaching that is geared towards helping  you strengthen your mental muscle for whatever you need to accomplish. Get things done now and stop wasting your time on someone who should no longer matter in your world!
